Hi everyone, its been a big week and I don't have a lot of time so lets get into it!
On Tuesday it was the fourth of July! Such a fun day! We went to zone conference and learned a lot. fun to see other missionaries, once again got to see Sister Goff, love her to pieces. After zone conference we came back and had burgers and dogs and did some sparklers at a members house!
On Wednesday we went on exchanges and I did an exchange with our STL Sister Birchall. As we are leaving this house I go "oh don't trip down the stairs" then immediately tripped and messed up my ankle. It's not actually injured at all but it hurt for a bit there for realz.
Idk what else to say but we had some good lessons and met a lot of cool people this week.
Today for P-day we woke up early and went to a neighboring area, east limestone for our district p-day. we got to go Big Foot hunting with a ward member over there! I learned a lot about Sasquatch and where they come from and what their religious beliefs are. I guess they travel by portal too. We got to see some cool foot prints. After that my dream came true and we went to the Huntsville space and rocket center! It was so much fun I could've stayed there all day! Shoutout to my dad who would've loved to have been there, I know he would've loved every second of it.
My spiritual thought is from zone conference. Sister Chibota said "if it wasn't true, it wouldn't be hard" and that has been on my mind a lot. Honestly missionary work is really hard for me and it is not always a joyful experience, but that just proves to me that this gospel really is true! That the work we are doing is the greatest work there is. So keep pushing forward, God's got it.
Love you all,
❤️Sister Hansen
